É na mesa que vivemos momentos importantes, criamos relações, compartilhamos o alimento, celebramos ocasiões especiais, realizamos conciliações, dividimos sonhos e educamos nossos filhos.

Neste módulo vamos desenvolver as habilidades sociais necessárias para que o momento à mesa seja uma experiência maravilhosa por meio do conhecimento dos indicativos da Nova Etiqueta e dos pilares da Hospitalidade.

O conhecimento da nova etiqueta e a aplicação das virtudes irão torná-lo mais confiante e seguro para receber com elegância e causar uma excelente impressão.

O módulo compreende uma parte teórica com os princípios básicos da Etiqueta & Hospitalidade e uma parte prática de como aplicá-los em várias situações, desde ambientes de negócios até interações sociais.

Nesta sessão, você será apresentado ao conceito de etiqueta, por que é importante e os princípios básicos da boa etiqueta.

A sessão será realizada por meio de um petit comitê em um cenário sofisticado e apropriado onde será demonstrado e praticado todo o ritual da etiqueta inglesa ao saborear seu tradicional chá da tarde com toda sua gastronomia típica e elegância.

For 05 days, indulge in high-level behavior and master the rituals of etiquette and hospitality with Andrea Dias.

In this second module, Andreia Dias brings us some good table manners in a practical way, using Italian culture to guide us in this immersion in image, style, etiquette, trends and behavior.

Be inspired by Florence's vibrant traditions through winery tastings, culinary secrets from some of Italy's world-renowned chefs and stunning art galleries in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

Dive deep into intricate design creations as you visit unique production workshops, discovering all that Florence has to offer.

Hospitality: Receiving, Entertaining, Hosting and Feeding

This session aims to teach table etiquette and protocols and how to be a 5-star host of excellence. Intended for those hosts who simply seek the best in hospitality, in this session you will get to know and understand the pillars of hospitality to be able to meet all the needs of guests and surprise them.

Marisa Nakagawa was born in São Paulo, the daughter of a Japanese father and a Brazilian mother. In 2003 she arrived in Italy, precisely in Florence and she is passionate about this city in the Tuscany region. Marise is the mother of 03 children and Haru, the family dog.

In Italy, Marise works with the Brazilian community, as a sworn translator/interpreter, consular consultancy and citizenship. It was her “restless” soul that led Marise to study Art History, falling even more in love with Italy, especially her city Florence.

Currently, Marise works “also” as a tour/receptive guide in Tuscany and throughout Italy.
